Two gaps before this satisfies Rule 4(2), which we check other shops against: the rule asks for the principal geographic address of the headquarters — a city is not an address, so the street address is needed — and it names the grievance officer specifically, so a person's name should sit beside the address.

What the service does

We open the pages of your shop that any visitor can open, on a phone and on a computer, and check them against published standards from Google, the W3C accessibility guidelines, and India's e-commerce rules. We produce a score and a written report.

We do not log in to your shop, change anything on it, or access anything a visitor could not see.

What we do not promise

We check what a page shows. We do not complete a purchase, so payment failures, coupon errors and shipping calculations are outside what we measure. We check a homepage and one product page — not every page of your shop.

Fixing what we report may improve how your shop performs. We do not promise more sales, better search rankings, or any commercial outcome, and nobody honestly can.

Where we could not check something, the report says so.

Findings about the law

Some checks refer to legal requirements, such as the information an e-commerce business must display. We report what we measured against our reading of those rules. This is not legal advice. If a finding matters to your compliance, take it to a lawyer.

Your shop, your report

The report we produce for your shop is yours. We do not share it, sell it, or show it to anyone else.

Using the service fairly

Ask us to check shops you own or are responsible for. Do not use the service to scan sites at a volume that burdens them, or to gather information about a competitor.

Changing these terms

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
